What this service is
Arthur and Juliette are personal productivity assistants that operate through Telegram. They help you manage tasks, track goals, set reminders, and stay on top of your day. This policy explains what data we collect, how it's used, and your rights.
Data we collect
- Account information: your email address, used for login.
- Telegram details: your Telegram chat ID and username, used to deliver messages.
- Tasks: tasks you create through Telegram or the dashboard.
- Goals: goals you share, including title, description, and target date.
- Conversation history: up to the last 20 messages, used to give your assistant context when you continue a conversation. Older messages are trimmed automatically.
- Schedules: any reminders or check-ins you set up.
- Timezone and preferences: used to send messages at the right time.
- Credit balance: the number of credits on your account, used to track usage and process top-ups.
- Claude API key: if you provide one, it is stored encrypted using AES-256-GCM and never transmitted in plaintext.
How your data is used
Your data is used only to provide the service: generating responses, managing tasks, tracking goals, and firing scheduled messages. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models.
Encryption
Conversation history is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM before being written to our database. This means if our database were ever breached, your messages would not be readable without the encryption key, which is stored separately on our servers.
Note: this is encryption-at-rest, not end-to-end encryption. Our servers decrypt messages to send them to Claude (Anthropic's AI) when generating responses. We have the technical ability to read message content, but we do not do so.
Data retention
Conversation history is automatically deleted after 30 days, and trimmed to the last 20 messages on an ongoing basis. Tasks, goals, and schedules are kept until you delete them or close your account. You can also manually clear your conversation history at any time from the dashboard.
Third-party services
- Anthropic (Claude): your messages and task context are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this data.
- Telegram: messages pass through Telegram's infrastructure. Telegram's privacy policy applies.
- Supabase: our database and authentication provider. Data is stored in their infrastructure.
- Stripe: used to process credit top-ups. Your payment details are handled directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies.
Your rights
- Access:you can view your tasks and conversation history on the dashboard at any time.
- Deletion:you can delete your account and all associated data from Settings. This permanently removes your tasks, conversations, schedules, and account.

Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to how we handle your data, we'll notify you via Telegram before the changes take effect.
